Request Account Deletion

Sunnah Money Transfer customers can request deletion of their app account and associated personal information.

Request from inside the app

1. Sign in with your registered account.
2. Open Account.
3. Select Delete Account and submit the request.

Request without the app

Email support@sunnahmoneytransfer.com from your registered email address. Include your name and registered mobile number. Support will verify your identity before processing the request.

Financial-services, anti-money-laundering, fraud-prevention and transaction records may be retained where required by law. Data that is not legally required will be deleted or anonymised after verification and review.
