4. Confidentiality and Privacy
4.1 We collect and process personal information to provide our Services and comply with legal and regulatory obligations.
4.2 Information collected may include identity, address, contact details, transaction information, recipient information, source of funds and supporting documents.
4.3 We use information for KYC, CDD, AML compliance, fraud prevention, transaction processing and customer support.
4.4 Customer information is treated confidentially and disclosed only where authorised or required by law.
4.5 Information may be shared with our principal payment institution, banking partners, regulators and law enforcement where legally required.
4.6 Appropriate technical and organisational security measures are maintained.
4.7 Records are retained in accordance with applicable legal requirements.
4.8 Personal information may be transferred internationally where required to complete transactions.
4.9 Customers have rights under applicable UK data protection laws.
4.10 Further information regarding how we collect, use, share, retain and protect your personal information is available in our separate Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions.
5. Eligibility and Account Security
You must be at least 18 years old, legally able to enter a contract and use the service for lawful personal purposes. By creating an account, submitting an order or continuing to use the service, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy.
You must provide accurate, current information and must not let another person use your account. Tell us immediately if you believe your account, password or device has been compromised.
6. Our Service
The service allows eligible customers to send money using the payout methods displayed in the app, which may include bank transfer, mobile wallet and cash collection. Available countries, currencies, providers and payout methods may change.
We may use a principal payment institution, banks, payout partners, mobile wallet providers and authorised agents to complete a transfer. Their operating hours, checks and local rules may affect availability and delivery time.
7. Your Account and Instructions
- Use your real identity and keep your contact and identification details up to date.
- Check the receiver's full name, date of birth where requested, mobile number, bank or wallet details and payout location before submitting.
- You are responsible for instructions submitted through your authenticated account unless you notify us promptly of suspected unauthorised use.
- One person must not hold duplicate accounts or split transactions to avoid limits or checks.
8. Orders, Exchange Rates and Fees
An estimate or quote is not a completed transfer. Before you submit, the review page will show the send amount, exchange rate, receiver amount, applicable fee, discount and total payable. The confirmed order details form part of this agreement.
Exchange rates and fees can vary by payout method, provider, bank, amount and time. A displayed rate may expire or change before submission. We will not change the confirmed rate or fee after accepting an order unless required to correct an obvious error, comply with law or follow an agreed cancellation and rebooking instruction.
Your bank or another provider may charge separate fees that we do not control. Any promotional incentive is subject to the rules and availability shown at the time of the order.
9. Identity, Compliance and Transaction Limits
We must carry out identity, sanctions, politically exposed person, adverse media, fraud, source of funds, source of wealth, transaction monitoring and other checks when appropriate. Checks may apply to both the sender and receiver.
We may request identification, address evidence, bank statements, proof of income, transfer purpose, relationship to the receiver or other supporting information. We may place an order on compliance hold, delay it, set or reduce limits, reject it, cancel it or report relevant information where required by law or our principal's rules. We may be unable to explain a decision where the law prevents disclosure.
You must not attempt to exceed a limit by splitting orders, using another account or providing misleading information. An order is not accepted while a required limit or compliance approval is missing.
Read our Anti-Money Laundering Statement for a summary of our financial crime prevention approach.
10. Paying Us and Delivering the Transfer
Follow only the payment instructions and order reference shown in the app or issued by an authorised member of our team. We do not treat an order as funded until cleared funds are received and matched to it.
Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Completion may depend on funding time, compliance approval, banking hours, local holidays, provider availability and correct receiver details. Cash collection may require the receiver to present acceptable identification and the transaction reference.
If the receiver details are wrong, contact us immediately. Recovery may not be possible after funds have been credited, collected or otherwise made available to the receiver.
11. Cancellation, Refusal and Refunds
You may ask to cancel an order before the transfer becomes irreversible. We will confirm whether cancellation is possible. Once funds have been paid to, collected by or made available to the receiver, cancellation may not be possible.
We may refuse or cancel an order for compliance, security, funding, technical, provider or legal reasons. Where a refund is due, it will normally be returned to the original verified funding source after required checks. External charges, exchange differences or costs already incurred may be deducted where legally permitted and clearly explained.
12. Errors and Unauthorised Transactions
Review your receipt and activity promptly. Contact us without undue delay if you notice an error, duplicate debit, unauthorised order or missing transfer. Give us the order reference and relevant evidence so we can investigate.
We are not responsible for loss caused by inaccurate customer instructions, unlawful use, circumstances outside our reasonable control or a provider's action where we have used reasonable care. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
13. Availability and Account Restrictions
We may suspend the app or an account for maintenance, security, suspected misuse, compliance review or legal reasons. We may end your access after notice where reasonable, or immediately where necessary to protect customers, the service or comply with law.
